Parish Incumbent and Diocesan Dean
Born in Wales, but having relocated to Canada early in life, Paul has been a priest in the Anglican Church of Canada since April 1982, having been initially ordained to the diaconate in May 1981. Prior to coming to the Cathedral his entire ministry was served in the Diocese of the Arctic amongst the Inuit people. His children, two surviving grandsons and nine granddaughters, all Inuit, gave him permission to come here "for a season".
